Your Privacy is important to us, and you should have control over the things you share with us. At the same time we have to comply with Australian laws regarding privacy and taxation. For students, we do need to know certain things such as your name for your certificate, a billing address and some contact information in order to provide our service. You can ask at any time to get your details removed from our system, this also means that we can no longer provide you with the service or issue a certificate. In rare cases, we will ask you for credentials for restricted courses or if you are looking at being an instructor. Our website may refer to other services over which we have no control. We will always be clear if you are being referred to an outside source, in which case their policies and procedures apply. We do not sell your information to others, but we do use website analytics from Google and Hubspot Customer Relations Management Software.
In simple terms, you may only use this website in the way it is intended. Spamming, stealing, hacking, causing damage and being rude is not okay! We in turn, try to do our best to provide you with the best service we can, but we are only human and we cannot and will not promise things will always run smoothly. If they don’t work as they should, we need to do maintenance and you may temporarily not be able to access the site! Don’t worry! That means we are fixing things for you.

Terms and Conditions of use – Instructors
This is the part where we let you know there are real humans working behind the scenes. That we can make mistakes and that we appreciate you letting us know if we made an error.
Each instructor is responsible for their own training course(s), and although we try to check everything, we do not take responsibility for errors in other people’s courses. Kindly let your instructor know there may be an error in the course.
As stated previously, we occasionally need to do some maintenance on the website to keep things running or fix errors. This may be inconvenient, but it is for good reason!
